ALL RIGHTS TO MY CHILDREN'S BOOK ILLUSTRATIONS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Most artists want to retain their copyrights. Those of you looking for an artist to "split the profits" with you....YOU CAN HAVE ALL THE PROFITS! .....and all the rights! It's your book - your ideas - shouldn't you keep the profit? What if your book takes off and you become famous? Do you want the fact that someone else owns your rights hovering over you?
I can illustrate the entire book - lettering, cover and all.
If you're on a budget, we can do one page at a time. You can pay me as each page is finished.

If you prefer doing one page at a time, you also have the choice to start with sketching the entire book first. The cost of each sketch will then be deducted from each final illustration. This way you know exactly how the images in the book will flow, so you don't have to go back and change previous illustrations to accommodate new ideas created by seeing the results of the later pages. I do charge extra for changes once an illustration is approved, but not for changes in the sketches. So sketching it all out at the beginning can save you those costs. Also, if you're on a budget and for some reason you have to stop the process after the sketches are made, you still get to keep the sketches, even if you hire another artists to finish the final illustrations using those sketches. YOU OWN THE RIGHTS TO THE SKETCHES.
